Seema Kumari:
Seema Kumari, only 24 years, is an orphan who paints for her living. She lost her parents at the age of 3. She started painting at the age of 6 and continued her studies too side by side. Her maternal uncle Durga Prasad Srivastava adopted her and her sister Kiran, as they had no children of their own. She completed her high school education but could not pursue it any further in lack of

financial support. She somehow managed to do a course of Master Craftsmen, which added to her skills. Today she earns just sufficient to support her sister's education.

Seema belongs to the Kayastha community and indulges in line paintings.
